Ballyboughal National School, Co. Dublin

Construction of a new 300m2 single storey extension to the existing school to provide three new classrooms and accessibility toilets with a link to the existing school. The fit-out included new floor, wall and ceiling finishes and new mechanical and electrical installations to all areas. Internal works carried out in the existing school building formed a new access corridor which links to the new extension. The works were mainly carried out while the existing school building was in use.
Works also included the relocation of the playground and basketball court with new soakway for surface water; Removal of the existing sub-structure for prefabricated classroom and all associated works including all drainage and service connections.
